Perched atop a dramatic cliff above the Pacific, Capella Pedregal is one of the most visually striking properties in all of Mexico. Accessible only by a private tunnel through the mountain, it feels like entering a secret world.

For photographers: The clifftop ceremony locations offer some of the most dramatic backdrops I have ever worked with. Sunrise and sunset here are simply incomparable.

Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection

A private residential community with an extraordinary beach club and event facilities, El Dorado offers something rare in Los Cabos: access to a calm, swimmable beach in a setting of manicured beauty.

For photographers: The contrast of the emerald golf course against the blue of the ocean, and the wide, accessible beach, create tremendous variety within a single property.

Best for: Couples who want a mix of beach and garden settings with a sense of exclusivity.

Villa del Arco

Set on Medano Beach — the most swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas — Villa del Arco offers the iconic Arch of Cabo San Lucas as a natural backdrop visible from the property. Few venues can claim one of the world’s most recognizable natural landmarks as their backdrop.

For photographers: The combination of the beach, the arch in the distance, and the resort facilities offers tremendous visual variety throughout the day.

Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa
